Photos from the Tiddlers and Larger Friends Run 2026

It was all going so well, unusually for a Tiddler Run, my Gilera 124 Speciale Strada was going beautifully and starting first kick. That was until my journey home when I stopped for petrol it wouldn’t restart. After a bit a fiddling, changing the plug, cleaning fuel filter and even an attempt at bump starting, pushed by a guy in flip-flops, I gave up and called Chris who came out and picked me up – Many thanks Chris. Of course when we got it off the van it started first kick!

Good to see Ryan arrive on the maiden outing of his newly acquired Sunbeam, it seemed to be going very nicely.

Only 3 proper Tiddlers on the run this year, surely you have something in the back of the garage that could be got going for next year? Apologies to Nigel P who thought the run was from The Green Man as listed in the V&C magazine.

Thanks to Chris for a very enjoyable day out and for additional photos. His report below.

We had 11 sign on and all but a Fanny B (last seen heading home at Pulham) made it round. I should have checked the route last week so would have known that the sign in Piddletrentide had been knocked off – Sorry! Oxfords Bakery did us proud, all seemed to enjoy the food and setting. I’ve been told to do the same route next year if there are still some Tiddlers alive!

Ciao Chris

Our next run is the August Run 11.00 on Sunday 30th August from The Virginia Ash, Henstridge, BA8 0PL.
