Photos from the Purbeck Perambulation 2022

We had a good turnout for last Saturday’s Purbeck Perambulation.  It started and ended at Stour Meadows car park in Blandford with a half way stop at the Cake House Tea Room in East Creech.

The Sat Nav users learned an interesting lesson on this run.  On the outward journey, some went via Bere Regis while others did not.  Seems there were not enough waypoints in the GPX files and different devices took you different ways.  Lesson learnt — more waypoints please to eliminate any ambiguity.  Of course we could just go back to using paper route sheets or maybe following the person in front of you (as 80% of you do!).  🙂

Many thanks to Ken Druce for putting this run together.  Don’t forget that tonight is our annual Autojumble and BBQ — see you there!
