Informal Post-Lockdown Run

Following on from the success of our first three Informal Post-Lockdown Runs, we’ve put together another one for you.

The details are:

1) It’s an informal (organised) run rather than an impromptu (unorganised) run but there will be no signing-on, no route map and no fee.

2) The run will start at Spire Hill Farm/Thornhill, Sturminster Newton DT10 2SG at 11:00am on Saturday 8th August 2020 and will be about 30-50 miles in length, depending on group. End point is Hamish’s Farm Shop & Café,  637 Prowles Cross, Yeovil, BA22 9RF (just off the A30 going south).

3) To conform to the current social distancing rules in England, the run will be in groups of six.

4) To help us plan and conform, we require pre-booking, so if you want to take part, you must email  me at secretary@dorsetvmcc.co.uk to reserve your place.

5) Depending on pre-booked numbers, your leader(s) will be one or more of the following: Paul Wirdnam, Ray Dickinson, Chris Biddiscombe, Bernard Jones, Paul Miles.

Please Note:  if these informal runs are to continue, and to spice them up a little with new routes etc, we are looking for additional group leaders to help out the usual suspects!  If you can help, please get in touch at secretary@dorsetvmcc.co.uk.
