Featured photo is very relevant to our Remembrance Run, not sure how the blue elephant fits in! Very enjoyable day out especially as the weather was dreadfull on Friday and Sunday, Ray definately picked the best day. Good to see Linda back on a bike for her first run since her op.

Thanks to Ray for organising the day and for his photos thanks also to Paul for his photos. Rays report below.

A sunny autumn day with mainly dry roads, saw 23 riders sign on. Jim arrived on his military 1941 BSA M 20 in full dispatch rider’s uniform which added to the occasion. With a good selection of post war and modern retro bikes.  Starting and finishing at The Old Brewery the route headed South through many picturesque Dorset villages and passed Milton Abbey  School to The View Cafe for coffee. We returned through Winterborne Stickland to Okeford Fitzpaine with fantastic views of the vale before returning for the start where 15 of us sat down to lunch.
