Below are some photos from last weekend’s rather wet Relay Rally. The weather kept many away but we still had about 25 riders come through our Section Checkpoint which was at Shillingstone Railway Trust.
I was in a small group that started at Shillingstone at about 9:15am. We sheltered there for 30 minutes while it rained, then headed off to the South Dorset Checkpoint at The Rainbow Café, East Knighton where we stopped for lunch. Following that we set off again, this time for the Wessex V&V Checkpoint at Silton nr Mere, but never got there due to endless rain. So only two Checkpoints…rather pathetic, don’t you agree? 🙂
I think Simon Barker on the Bumblebee Beemer wins the prize. He managed to visit 8 sections!
